We roast our beans in small batches every week. Each bag is marked with a roast date and shipped in vacuum-sealed packaging with a one-way valve to ensure you receive the freshest flavor possible.
What is your shipping policy for perishable baked goods?
To ensure peak freshness, all pastries and baked goods are shipped via Express 1-2 day delivery. Orders placed after Wednesday may be held until Monday to avoid weekend transit delays.
